Dinesh has excellent didactical skills and the will to give you the maximum he can in the time provided. He has profound experience in martial arts and healing and has been training almost non-stop with Sifu Mark Rasmus for the past years.

Option 1: Saturday, January, 18 and Sunday, January 19, 2025
10:00 am to 5:00 pm incl. lunch break
Cost: USD 400.- (2 days) for the course. Accommodation and food are not included.
We recommend that you bring your lunch with you. There's is a kitchen on site to heat what you have brought, plenty of crockery and a fridge. We will provide a small selection of snacks to nibble on during the breaks.
Location for option 1:

If you travel by car you can park at "Dorfbad". Please note the parking fee.

Option 2: Saturday, January 18 to Monday, January 27 2025
Saturday, Jan. 18 & Sunday, Jan. 19, in Uster (see option 1): 10 am to 5 pm
Monday, Jan. 20 to Monday, Jan. 27, in Hittnau:
Teaching from 10 am to 3 pm with an hour lunch break
Coached training: 3 pm to 5 pm
Costs: USD 1500.- (10 days) for the course. Accommodation and food are not included.
Location for option 2:
From Monday, Jan. 20 to Monday, Jan. 27, the course will take place in Hittnau (Saturday 18/Sunday 19 in Uster, see option 1):

You can order an vegetarian organic lunch for Monday onwards, for CHF 15 per day, which we prepare fresh on site.
